Curuba Dessert

Ingredients:

Pulp of 4 curubas
1 Cup of condensed milk
1 Cup of milk cream
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites beaten with a pinch of sugar

 

 

To cook:

Mix the milk cream, the yolks and condensed milk. Add little by little the pulp of curuba. Pour the mixture in big glasses and cover it with the meringue previously obtained with beaten egg whites. Place it in the cooler for 2 hours
