Mango Dessert
Ingredients:
3 Mangoes cut into small slices
2 Cups of condensed
milk
5 egg whites
5 egg yolks
1 Spoon of lemon juice
100 gr. of non-flavoured jelly
To cook:
Mix the condensed milk and the egg yolks, adding
them one by one, in a food processor or in a blender.
Add the mango, the lemon juice and the non-flavoured
jelly, previously dissolved in ½ cup of hot
water. Finally mix the egg whites with envolment
movements and pour it over the mixture. Serve in
glasses and take it to the cooler for 3 hours.
