Chicken
Breast Ingredients:
8 Maracuyas
6 Chicken breast
3 Tablespoons of butter
1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil
3 Tablespoons of sugar
8 Tablespoons of honey
6 Tablespoons of Ron
Cinnamon, Salt and pepper as needed
To cook:
Take out the pulp of the maracuya and rub it over
a strainer. In a frying pan, fry the breasts with the
oil, the butter, the salt and the pepper. In another
pan, place the juice extracted from the maracuyas,
the honey, the sugar and the cinnamon. Cook a high
fire for 7 minutes, add the breasts, the Ron and cook
it for 5 minutes more. Serve hot.
